McAlear-Sawden serves approximately 570 students, mainly from Monitor, Kawkawlin and Beaver Townships, in Bay County. We offer several sections each of grades PreK-5. The teachers at McAlear-Sawden utilize a variety of teaching methods. Students are exposed to hands-on-learning and technology enhanced instruction throughout the school year.
